Terms and Conditions

A.T.P.I. High Temperature thermal insulation blankets (MarineWrap®, FireWrap®, ATP High Temperature™, and Hybrid-Inconel Systems) are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

A.T.P.I. Standard™ Temperature thermal insulation blankets are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Warranties will not be honored nor will ATPI be responsible for damage due to improper temperature applications, externally induced physical damage, improper installation, damage to hardware or ATPI insulation blankets caused by ATPI insulation being installed onto damaged or malfunctioning hardware or unauthorized repair or alterations (including removal of ATPI applied identification tag).

Any merchandise proven defective and returned will be repaired or replaced at manufacturer’s sole discretion-no refunds will be issued. Return freight will be paid by ATPI only if material is proven defective. 

As all insulation is custom made, ATPI does not allow returns unless material is proven defective and a valid MRA in writing is obtained before material is returned. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender when delivery to our facility is attempted.

SHIPMENTS :

All merchandise is sold and shipped FOB Irvine, California 92614.  Title to merchandise transfers to purchaser and warranty period begins upon delivery of product. Responsibility for loss or damage in transit rests with the purchaser. ATP Inc. will cooperate in providing all needed information for processing claims.

FREIGHT:

Full freight will be added to your invoice or will be billed freight collect. 

PAYMENT TERMS:

All sales are Credit Card, C.O.D., Prepaid or Net 30 upon approval of submitted credit and reference information. 

PARTS PRICING:

ATPI reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time during the year based on adjustments in material costs, however our usual price adjustments are done on a yearly basis in January. ATPI tries to keep all part prices up to date however if a part has not been ordered in a 12 month period the part will be re-priced to reflect current materials and labor rates.

LABOR RATE:

Contact us for our current labor rate. This rate is used for travel to measure units and for product being installed or delivered offsite.
